totally screwed, can't play mp anymore Options

Sorry if this is covered somewhere else, did a search but nothing is really like my problem. I have Virtual drive from Farstone, and decided to make the VCD's and save my old CoD/UO disks. Made them, then thought I would just install from the VCD into another harddrive. Cod went fine, but UO uninstalled my original, then, when I installed, it choked at a Pakuo04.pk3 file and aborted. I figured, oh well, I will just go to a previous restore and all will be good, thinking F it, I will just keep playing from my old cd's anyway, not woth the hassle. Now, when I try to play MP, I get the original Cod screen, can't access the multiplayer options, and when I try to get into Barb, I get unpure client warnings!! I tried taking all the downloaded files out of the uo folder, but the ahz vehicles and the barb map, but then it says can't play the weapon/mp/.30cal_tank_mp???!!!! As it stands, I now can no longer play my favorite game, and am at a loss, any ideas as to how to fix this? I would just reinstall except it seems the afore mentioned glitch prevents it, anyone know about this? HELP!!!

Farstones Virtual Drive is in essence a cd drive, they have other backup utilities also, but this lets you actually 'burn' the original cd to the harddrive in a folder, which you then 'load' into a 'cd' player, works awesome!! I uninstalled both CoD's, and when I tried to then install them on another drive, Cod went fine, but turns out disk two is bad, specifically the Pakuo04.pk3 file, and it's a monster!! I tried to manually extract it off the cd, and when that failed, tried then to actually just transfer all the 1500+ files inside it also, but the file is just plain screwed. Weird, I only ever used it once to install originally, and it was fine, but hey, these things happen! I'm going to try and use my friends disk two, see if the install works using my disk one cd key, if not, well then I buy another Coduo is all. Thanks for your replies, I appreciate that, it was only after many hours yesterday, before I figured out what the problem was!! Good practice! I will hope to see you all again on Barb soon.
