After quite a bit of time with several players complaining about this clown I spec'd him. I have several screenies but you only get one:

He came on as Magni and then signed on under a different name .. Wolf_Man_Jack. He said Magni was Amonra's brother but when he signed on as WMJ he acted like he had never played on the server before.
