[release] Bastogne beta 1, New Bas map Options

Hey guys, hope I'm posting this in the right place. Feel free to move it if I didn't..

Medium sized map, supports Base Assault, Domination & Capture the Flag. 6 tanks, 10 jeeps & 2 Flak 88's per team. 2 Base Assault bunkers per team. Lots of anti-tank (bazookas, panzerschrecks, pazerfausts, satchel charges) laying around. Played well during 8 rounds last night on the Anarchic Bas server.

Known issues:

- A couple of minor mapping errors
- A few lighting errors on terrain
- High tris (expfog is used instead of cullfog)

I played it today, needless to say it takes awhile to get used to a new map, but all in all I enjoyed it.

One suggestion though cornrow wallace, I had a hard time seeing through the mist/fog, its either dawn or dusk, not sure which, (the snipers are going to have a hard time with this, which is ok with me), if you could make it a little more clearer or make it daylight the second round of the match would be nice.

Other than that, job well done, mission accomplished.
