I did not want to bring this up but I think it needs said

I thought this clan was all about being a good team mate and helping others !! ??

And if this gets me ban or kicked so be it but (STEEL YOUR ATTITUDE SUCKS )

First of all let me say I play MWCM all the time and this server is one of the best out there and made me

want to join MOB in the first place.

But just because you are running this server steel dos not make you the see all, be all, I am all !!

I was playing last nite and said Hi and you said ( Ya I see ya ) and thats it if you don't like me thats fine

but when other players ask a question or make a suggestion that you don't like you don't have to

get all pissy and say I'm out of here !!!! and leave.



This does not show US ( MOB & MOB REGS ) in a good Light to others Or even being a good gamer for

that matter !! If I had treated people like this growing up my dad would have kicked my ASS !!

Changing the IP with out telling everyone for a week or two before doing it ran alot of players off

and changing the spawn protection and voting on maps without talking to anyone first is just wrong !!

I thought all of the MOB CLAN had a say in how the servers run ?? here. let us ALL Vote on what should

be done !! and when. !!

Anyway enuff of my opinion what do all of you think ????



PS I think you do a good job Steel running this server and I'll give credit were credit is do but

change your attitude were all here for each other at lest thats what I thought ????

Well, obviously it SHOULD have started working that people in the forums would be consulted for input. That is why people become part of a clan, and why most contribute a few dollars here and there. If the server is going to carry the MOB name, it should operate roughly the way other MOB servers do. Otherwise, why do we carry it?

Anyway...

Can someone make a point without getting insulting? Yeah, that's what Simba should have done. Should an admin be able to take one strong critique without bolting out the door in anger? Yeah.

Did anybody handle this issue correctly? IMO, no. From start to finish, what happened in this instance was a train wreck. Simba, in a new thread has at last started a process to try and fix things, but it may be too late.

These problems are happening too often. People talking disrespectfully to each other much, and people on hair triggers fire back in anger or quit. No one seems to be there to try and step in as a mediator and try and settle the issue calmly, without major incident, without immediately taking sides and raising the stakes. Yes, a few people here voice comments to that effect, very nicely in many cases, but generally they are ignored. That's a problem.
