Good points Geno. Obiviously a government run universal health care is not the answer here but we could improve the access to healthcare for the under privledged in the usa today.Obiviously we need immigrants for the Mc jobs that normal Americans don't want so we need to find a way to keep track of them and tax then as we are taxed especially for those who are trying to take advantage of point 1.
