So i Got c0d4 an hour ago, and I am having the same problem that i did with the demo (single player) is that it likes to crash...a lot. No window pops up explaing the problem, it just crashes. I can even skip past the opening video. I have the Radeon X1300 Pro Video card, if that is the problem

Any help would be very helpfull!!!!!!!!

Try the message board from COD4. There is probably something there that will help.

I am having the same problem. I am about to re-install COD4 and see if that helps. It could be that it is temperature related, as I know my case isn't pushing through enough air. WIth COD2, I had no temperature problems, but with the same hardware, the video card would get too hot and crash. COD4 makes video cards run really hard. One thing to try is to get a program that measures the temperature of your video card and run it in the background. Try Sensorsview at http://www.stvsoft.com/ It will keep a history of your temperature and you can display it after closing the game by right clicking on the window and selecting "graph". The NVIDIA card that OM Mike gave me shut down at about 87 deg C. Way too hot.
