I know it was a crazy objective but I just had to build a copter that could lift and fly a building brick. Here is a video of my latest design with 8 motors flying that brick:
Flying Brick Just a few more modifications and I should also be able to fly a 6 pack of 16 ounce beers. Old Man Mike --------------------  |

Wow! That is impressive!!
Can you tell us about your rig? For years I've been wanting to get a RC heli I could fly one of my cameras for low-cost aerial work. I'm eager to learn more. I still remember your video from a couple of years ago when you lost power in one of your engines, but I believe that unit only had four sets of blades. |
