This is sad news but China is starting to flex their muscles.
Still pisses me off how Bill Clinton actively worked to put advanced missle guidance technology into China's hands. One would like to have hoped that the Clinton stunt had an ulterior motive like keeping secret the system had non-obvious defects. Mustangman's link very good in honing in on China's 'manouevering policy' -they know time's on their side -they get bigger, stronger in everyway day by day - and censoring the local Chinese access to internet freedoms over there to reign in the people's desire for free thoughts.
