Life is so short, Be thankful for each day you have Options

Hey Guys and Gals,

I thought about posting this or not for the last few days, and decided to go ahead and post it so everyone can be thankful for each day you have with your loved ones.

I received a call on Tuesday with My Mother crying. Already I knew something was bad. She tells me My cousin, who is about 27 had lost her son today who is 6. He had some type of breathing issues for a long time and when to the doctor many times over it. I never though it was as serious as it was. He was in school and just collapsed. Just be thankful that you have your loved ones each day. You never know when the last day you will ever see that person will be.

These past few months have been so depressing for My Family. As you know from the start of this post, we had lost our 6 year old cousin in October. Last month our Grandmother had passed. She was 78. It was so sad for us as we were really close with her. No matter the age, its always hard losing a close loved one.

Now today, its probably the hardest day for my wife. Her best friend since she was 8 years old was in a bad accident. I had worked with her for many years and felt like she was a little sister to me. Right now she is in a coma. Its induced because of the internal bleeding she has. She had a 9 month old baby girl Madison. Madison did not make it. Today is the wake for Madison, and her mother does not even know.

Those of you that live near Chicago know that Thursday was a very bad snow day here. Our friend slid into a ditch. A tow truck had come to pull them out and then they were on the side of the road. We have no idea why she was waiting on the side of the road, but she was. A snow plow had came and plowed them off the road.

My wife is 8 months pregnant. She has been on bedrest for the last month and a half due to complications. We are insisting that she does not go to the wake because we dont think its healthy for her. She has been devistated enough at home over this and to imagine her seeing baby Madison is too horrific.

I really hope what they say about it coming in 3's is true. I dont know how much more of this we can take. Such a bad last few months for us.
