Druid aka The Master Manipulator Options

As requested, my newest update to share the humor of the New-N-Improved MOB.

For those of you who missed the reasons why MOB moved to a new site, according to the admins the reasons where
1) Druid is a big meanie who's holding a gun to MOB's head.
2) Druid controls and manipulates everything at MOBclan.
That was the two supposed reasons why the admins were so desperate to move the site.
Of course there was a little more to the story.
I'm sure everyone has already seen my previous post about what I saw as the reasons behind the move.

Anyway, as previously mentioned, one of the bogus excuses for the move was "How I controlled and manipulated everything"
What I find so funny about that accusation is how I'm apparently still manipulating things at the new "More Secure" website.
You have to admit, it's very impressive I'm able to manipulate things over at the new "More Secure" website when I don't even have an account there.
Would the new admins care to explain?
No?
Going to play dumb again?
not playing?

Maybe you don't know what I'm talking about.
Fair enough, a few examples.


The Roster
This one wasn't directly caused by me but it involved me so we'll count it.
When the undiscussed move took place, the current roster was copied to the new site.
What was really interesting is even though the whole roster was copied an posted at the new site, one small change was made.
My name was removed, every other previously listed retired MOB members name was still on the roster as retired but mine magically disappeared.
When that fact was brought up, the whole roster disappears.
So because of me, now the New-N-improved MOB doesn't have a roster.
Speaking of the roster brings up another funny point.
The roster as it currently is at moblcan was copied to the new site with the only change being my name removed.
Do you notice anything else strange about the roster?
"Steel Retired with honors."
If you don't understand why that's funny, I'll explain it to you.
When I asked why an admin overstepped their bounds an deleted a topic without any discussion.

A topic started not by me but another MOB member.
Steel freaked outs, accusing me of controlling and manipulating everything.
Then in her delete happy frenzy, she deletes her own post where she attacked me.
Next she post that she is quitting MOB
Gives long detailed reasons to several people why she is quitting, in her own words "MOB has never been a good fit for her."
Finally, she changes the roster to show herself as Retired with Honors.
I have to ask, how incredibly egotistical is it that someone will change their own name name on the roster to
"Retired with Honors"
That's like giving yourself an award,
Maybe the tendinitis in her shoulder is from patting herself on the back.
It's worth mentioning, this was not the 1st time Steel said she quit.
In fact it's not even the 2nd time, it's the 3rd.
So just remember, the next time Steel post that she quit.
Don't worry about, she doesn't really mean it.

Speaking of Egotistical.
That happens to bring me to my 2nd example of how little 'ol me is able to control and manipulate everything at MOB.


The One and Only.
While viewing the forum at the new "More Secure" site I noticed Steel had created her own personal user group.
Where everyone else was in groups like MOB, Regs, or admin.
Steel was in the groups "The One and Only"
Again a little egoistical sounding but who am I to judge.
Remember her account had said this for weeks.
So one day as a little personal joke I changed my account title at the real MOBclan to
"Not the one and only"
Wouldn't you know it.
faster than a speeding bullet
quicker than crap through a goose.
Steel renames her account from "The One and Only" to admin,
Sorry Steel, my most humble an sincere apology for making you acknowledge you're not better than everyone else.



Server rules.
When I brought up the undiscussed change to the server rules here

I was nice enough to point out there were several spelling/typo's on the single rule the admins felt the need to changes without any discussion with the rest of MOB.
So this would be my super tricky anti-manipulation with a 180 twist.
I successfully forced them to NOT change something that needed to be changed.
If anyone else had pointed out the typo's, the admins would have fixed them.
Since me, the mean manipulative bastard pointed out the typo's, they would rather look stupid by not fixing them, than fixing them as I suggested.


FUN and FRIENDS are ALWAYS more important than winning!!
What a terrible motto.
Not really, I've always thought
"Fun & Friends are more important than winning"
Was a good motto for a gaming clan.
It specifically reflected what MOB was about.
For years you could sum up MOB with that one phrase.
As the old saying goes, that was then and this is now.
Last week while replying to Bullet's post I mentioned how not only the server rules were changed without any discussion but also MOB's membership requirements.

In my post I pointed out how the NEW membership requirements were directly contrary to
FUN and FRIENDS are ALWAYS more important than winning!!
I guess the New-N-improved admins agreed with me as they quickly removed that saying from the Code of Conduct page at the new "More Secure" site.

Now one day after I mentioned how MOB use to be about

So I guess it's true, I really do control an manipulate everything, not just at MOBclan but the new site too.
One little mention from me and they rush to change something that has been part of MOB for years.
So I have to ask and please be honest.
How petty would someone have to be do to remove something simple an well meaning as.....

just because I mentioned it?.
Never mind don't answer that.
This is America after all,
You have the right not to admit how foolish you are.
Regardless of how small and petty your own actions make you appear.
No need to confirm what everyone else already knows.



Meta Tags
I realize most people have no clue what meta tags are so I'll try to explain.
Most web pages have a hidden attribute called meta tags.
The purpose of them is to give a name and brief description of the site to any search bots which may visit the page.
For example here is the meta tag from a page at MONclan.com

Now what I find really interesting is what the meta tag is at the New

So know they are describing the new site as
TheOtherMob

So there you go, final irrefutable proof I control everything at the new site too.
BTW while we are on the topic of meta tags.
I have decided to refer to the new clan an website as "The Anti MOB"
This changes was made due to the admins have turned their backs on many of the aspects that made the Real MOB such a success.
So please update your meta tags to include my new description as "The Anti MOB"
