Guys, I need help. I keep getting a communication failure for my pb exe.b driver. I googled it and check PB website, but some of the fixes are a little to adavanced for me. I checked my firewall (McAfee) and the B exe has full access. Im no computer guru, so go easy on me please.

Here is the best way to check to see what the problem is and hopefully fix it if possible.
Down load this test program from EvenBalance http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe This program will allow you verify if PnkBstrB.exe PnkBstrA.exe Are working properly and have the require access. Run the test 1st, you should get all green messages. The other common issue is a problem with background service these two problems require to run. The service could either be disabled or corrupted. If the problem is caused by a disabled or corrupted service, this program also offers the ability to uninstall/reinstall the require service. Let me know if it fixes your problem. |
