I just sold my Accord and it hit me as I was signing over the title, I had the car for 14 years.
What's the longest anyone else has kept a car? I didn't give it much thought before hand, now I kind of miss it. I almost backed out of selling it at the last minute because I felt a weird compulsion to drive it another 4000 miles to make it to an even 250,000 Damn reliable car, in all that time the only work I had done besides regular maintenance was 1) Replaced a burned out relay 2) Distributor 3) Charge the AC |

Hey Dead I've heard that about Jetta's. Counting my inlaw's we've owned 5 count'em 5 mitsubishi galant's. For a total of about 750k miles on them. Never done anything other than regular maintenance. Not flashy or expensive but they seem to run forever and require very little service.
