i went to the 12am showing last night and after watching my son all day ,a bit hungover from the night before ,i was wondering how i would make it to 230 am in a movie. the only thing i can say is this movie is the real thing ,very dark and totally awesome. heath ledger was out of this world! i had a hard time believing it was him alot of the time.if anyones teetering on seeing this ,comic fan or not -its worth every penny and its been a long time since i heard the whole house cheering in a theatre especially for a villian.

It's gotten a lot of good reviews so far.
I was curious to see if it was as good as the hype or if the critics were only be overly generous with their reviews because Ledger. Really is to bad about him, I'm sure he had a great future as an actor. It's about time the batman franchise got back to it's dark roots. Unfortunately for me I can't enjoy a movie in a crowded theater so I'll be waiting a few weeks before I see it. |
