So they're going to tax AIG (and other bailout recipients) %90 of the bonus amount ? most of these companies are behind on their taxes already.

Yep 6 months. I think he's the 3rd CEO in little over 2 years.
Funny thing is one of the former CEO's, Greenberg who is considered by many to be the one to blame for the meltdown because he was behind the move to the risky credit deal and was forced out in 2005 because of fraud allegation, was just on TV denouncing people taking the bonuses.
