So they're going to tax AIG (and other bailout recipients) %90 of the bonus amount ? most of these companies are behind on their taxes already.

I could be wrong but hasn't the CEO for AIG been there for only 6 months ?

I could be wrong but hasn't the CEO for AIG been there for only 6 months ? The current CEO is also taking a $1 a year salary and didn't take any of the bonus money. I still think they have a case with the "the contracts are void because they were based on fraudulent numbers" line of thought. -------------------- |
