I just downloaded Missionary and I have no crosshair, blood gore, or sniper scope Mod and I read somewhere that in some servers your allowed to use mods and such instead of stock skins... should MOB let us do that?

Yes, I understand that, it would be a little hard; considering you have no way to switch around anything in the servers.
