GUYS THIS GAME IS SCARY AS HELL! I have had zero problems with it and have been playing about an hour. IT IS SCARY ASS HELL I TELL YA! I highly recommend this game BUT it seems like it lags a bit...any clue y...i would really like it to run smooth as possible.

I read that it adjusts itself based on the computer. I have a AMD 1800+, 512 MB, and GeForce 3 Ti 200 (GeForce 4 Ti 4200 died), and there is no way I would even try to run it.
While it does require a high end GPU (graphics card) to run smoothly with pretty pictures, the sound is shunted to the CPU. This means a high end sound card is not needed, but a good (P4 2.5 GHz or higher or AMD 2000+) CPU is mandatory. HardOCP has some good guidelines as does the newest PC Gamer. --------------------  |
