do yourself a favor... if you havnt already. splurge in spite of yourself and purchase a copy of the cd called "good news for people who love bad news". modest mouse. these f'rs are f'n incredible. the entire cd is a work of art. i backed my car into a cop car the other day,
well, he just drove off sometimes life's OK. i ran my mouth off a bit too much, oh, what did i say? well you just laughed it off it was all ok. these are some of the catchy lyrics i have been enjoying over the past 24 hours. if you can, and you should, and you will, eventually- because of the diddy's ability to drive this message of lyrical massage into your noggin, go on out and purchase a copy of it. i always say that the price of music is a bargain even if all you get is one day of bliss. 16 bucks to get over on life? it is a steal if music does that for you. also, try using words that dont have a place in todays language like "happied" or "rockown". methods like this one can keep us out of the drag of everyday life. the day to day world has become so predictable. its why people love watching car wrecks so much...why we watch footage of war instead of being disgusted that human beings are willing to kill one another so ones will is imposed on others. using new words is no car wreck. its like giving someone a flower who hasnt gotten a flower in a while. it makes people get out of their boxes. -------------------- |
