I've got an '03 black Explorer. Never had any problems with it, or my Explorer b4 it. Hell, those Firestone tires that got recalled were the greatest tires I've ever had on a car. The Michelins they replaced them with had a side blowout while I was doing 70 passing a semi (to my right) with the center wall inches away on my left. I didn't roll my truck, hell, I just thought it was a rough draft from the semi. Anyway, the point is the damn Michelins had the side blowout which is why the Firestones were recalled. Go figure. Best car I've ever owned.
