I was on tonight and when ever anyone would come in using 501 PIR skin it would kick them...dont know why

F_K make sure if you copied the updated delator list from the mohadmin forum you remove the space after each name. Otherwise it won't work correctly.
The MOHCI program may work better for detecting cheats. A lot of the people using wallhack skins with SH will use a couple of extra commands in their config file. MOHCI should be able to pick up the use of the extra commands and kick the people using them. I would like to help the person who made MOHCI beta test it on a SH server.
