In the past 4-5 days I have had some problems playing on goodfellas. My ping always used to be between 50 and 60 and I never had a problem with missionary slowing me down either, but recently my ping has been around 100-200 changing constantly every time I move and shoot making it almost unplayable. I have scanned for spyware and shit like that because that is the only thing i have come up with that could be my problem besides my connection, but all my other programs and games are running as good as ever.... Any suggestions to restore my ping would be helful.

Most likely you are hitting a bad router on the way to the server.
These kinds of problems happen all the time, most often they will work themselves out in a few days. -------------------- Not a word was spoken to contradict or disagree with S@bot when he called me a....
