I don't know much about power color but I just went through this myself....just make sure you dont get a downgraded version of the card like a LE (limited edition) or SE (special edition). They are usually slower in mgz and bit rate. For instance...the card should be 128-bit but the SE comes in 64-bit.
Athough I haven't seen a major difference I got the 128 MB ATI Radeon 9600XT. Everyone I talked to said I made a good choice and the reviews on it are really good. I didn't get the 256MB card cuase I didn't want to shell out the extra $30 and people told me that I wouldn't see a big difference over the 128....but circuit city has it for $179. I love New Egg too and usually get my stuff there but my discount and impatience caused me to get mine at cirucuit city. Besides New Egg has it for $175 which is not that much of a difference. Not to mention if you have a prob with the card its easier to return/exchange. Damnit POB...now you got me thinking I should have gotten the 256....CURSE YOU!
