y doesn't missionary allow mouseaccel? Options

just a question, but y does missionary not let you use the STOCK mohaa command called cl_mouseaccel? for you who don't know what that is, it's a command where u set a number to it, and it'll make it so the faster u move your mouse, the higher the sensitivity it for the time that you're moving ur mouse @ that speed. it's a perfectly legal stock command that's no more of a "hack" than changing your sensitivity. for those who don't understand, it basically means that if im moving the mouse really slowly, my sensitivity can be at one, but if i move it fast then my sensitivity (for that moment) may be 10-15... it's not a cheat at all yet missionary doesn't let you use it. y not?
for all ppl who wanna know what it is, start up mohaa (without missionary), make your sensitivity lower, and type in "cl_mouseaccel 3" in your console and try it out... it's NOT in any way shape or form a hack.

and if the developer made it to be used by us, is that not STOCK? i mean we buy the game STOCK and there's this thing in the STOCK game that we can't use... that's essentially saying we have to have the game MORE than STOCK... which is gay.
