This document was originally written in the early 90's by Paul Wolfowitz and Dick Cheney, and then was revised and published in september 2000. This is also known as the Wolfowitz Doctrine or the Bush Doctrine. It's all about going to war with Iraq, and in one passage it says, "The road to change [meaning regime change in Iraq] is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic catalyzing event -- like a new Pearl Harbor." UHHHH HELLOOO!!??

You come up with more bs that is soooooo way out there. Not only do I hear the black helicopters, I hear the doctor coming with some more thorazine, becasue obviously the voices and hallucinations are returning.
