Many of you might not even know who Gil-Scott Heron is, but some of you might. He is one of my favorite jazz singers and was popular back in the 1970's. He sang a lot of songs about politics. For instance, one of my favorites is Winter In America, which is about America's troubles during the 70's (i.e. vietnam, watergate, etc.)
