I like that fiery effect... was that a GT tut?

Couple of pieces of advice.... 1st, a wallpaper doesn't need a border (not that there's anything wrong with having one)

My other suggestion would be to make a new layer near the bottom and go to Edit>Fill. Choose "Pattern" and load some of the rocky patterns (the same way you load brushes... use the arrow thingy on the side of the menu that pops up). Put one of those in there and play with the blend mode and opacity/fill to give it some texture. If it messes with the fire effect, then slap a layer mask on it and brush away the parts that look bad with black.

Good job; you're getting better.
