You rank the playeres as you see fit.  I.e. who you would want first then second, third and so on.  Then when it comes to draft time, they will automatically come up with a draft order.  When a player is picked they are scratched off of everyones list.  When it comes time for your pick it takes the first available person on your list based on your rankings that you made earlier.

Hmmm.... Ok so like if I want to draft a QB with my first pick, I can set this somewhere?

Allright, we filled up all twelve slots and officially have a league - "MOB Kill or Be Killed."

In this league you rank your players by position. The best quarterbacks 1-40, the best running backs 1-50, wide receivers 1-50, tight ends 1-30, kickers 1-32, defenses 1-32. Each team can only take so many players for each position (it varies by position). 14 players max.

You will then decide in which round you want to take a certain position. Experts usually say take a running back in the first round, maybe the second also. But then you take the chance of missing out on a Peyton Manning or Terrel Owens. That's where the strategy comes in -- the NFL.com website has lots of help with these decisions -- as does ESPN, FOX, and Yahoo.

This is an automated draft so once your player and position rankings are set, there is a random selection of who goes first - then all twelve teams select. The draft positions change each round -- there is a table explaining this under "League Rules" -- Automated Draft.
