New Orleans is entirely below sea level with the Mississippi/Gulf below it and Lake Pontchatrain above it. They have informed us that they are not showing ANY footage of the Chalmette area becasue there are bodies floating everywhere and are in the process of excaviting them. Word has it that they are paddling everywhere because they are afraid of turning on their motors due to the fact that they don't know what or who is underwater beneath them.
