ventrilo and the paks, quick qusetions.... Options

I was invited by bargod to log onto the vent server. I was a bit intimidated by the situation, because i felt ignorant of the rules, protocol, and proper etiquite to use. I loggd on and saw about seven guys ripping into another team and i could hear them of course. What am i supposed to do next. Forgive me if i sound stupid, i just dont want to step on any toes. I was in another clan before, and they got very ruffled over rank and communications.



Also,

as i was listening and helping to crush the enemy, it was mentioned about aiming long distances in heavy tanks, and on the paks/88s, that the coordianted or elevations were in the forums. any suggestions on whrer to look? any help would be apprecated (or not if you are on the receiving end).

That wouldn't be MOB, it's all for fun here.
A long time ago one of the biggest running jokes here was about a clan who on their website said something like this
"Junior members will salute higher ranking members upon joining TeamSpeak"
If thats not funny I don't know what is.
Ventrilo can get wierd sometimes because people on different teams use the same channel so they can chat and goof around.
