Several people wanted to see this so here is the chat log.
I'll give you my take on it 1st.
The person who came on pretending to be Laqueesha, wasn't him.
I assume it's a friend of his.
I had banned the same person the previous day for the same type of stuff.
Under the name #teH.RatS-nInja tUrtle
I'll explain why the ban didn't work.
There are two ways to add a player to the ban list.
Sending the command to the server via rcon or manually opening the ban file & adding the necessary info.
The 1st way takes effect immediately, the second option doesn't take effect until the server restarts.
This is because the file is loaded into memory when the game server starts.
The workaround for the 2nd option is to issue the command pb_sv_banload.
Which causes PB to reload the banfile list into memory, including any manually added info.
Normally this works just fine, as I've used it in the past many times. For whatever reason it didn't work correctly yesterday. Either way it doesn't matter now as the server has been restarted.

As for the chat file.
1) 1st complaint was about doing a bash match.
People have goofed around doing bash matches on our server before, I don't see where is was a big deal.
The exception to this is when they start fussing about everyone not bashing, rifle's only or whatever it may be to the point it becomes a server disruption. Meowman was doing the same thing but no one had a problem with him, so there is no reason to hold corrin to a different standard.
2) Complaint from corrin about Lipton backstabbing him. This appears more about guilt by association regarding the problems with TCO not specifically corrin himself.
3) The idea corrin is to be held responsible for some idiot friend of Laqueesha's coming on the server & acting like an ass is silly. It's apparent Corrin didn't know who it was but French did.

the little part about me wanting him banned because he "owns" me in the hotel kindof made me laugh my ass off.

but silver's right...i guess corrin didn't do anything. but i'm all for geallor taking action on him.



and for the "you'll never be in the hotel again" thing.

i came on as they were recruiting...i came around the corner and corrin got me once, and i said oh, i forgot your there now...man its going to be nice coming in here knowing you won't be there.

nothing to the extent of "you're going to be banned for killing me ! OMG !"

no I didn't and my opinion still stands...corrin is a little shit, clearly blocked a doorway and then went on to think this whole thing was funny. He also gave Lip shit even tho he was not there. Oh never mind, this is a mute point.

A couple of months ago in a thread about Corrin a few of us remarked at the time Dad needs to have a word about good behaviour. Geallor replied with a shrug shoulders attitude that he couldn't control corrin, and was griping about my comment about that approach being lax. We saw how Mormon and 6pak turned around their youngsters admirably and we now enjoy their presence on the servers> I'm hardly sympathetic to Geallor/corrin's troubles now.

Dienamic enters the hotel, Corrin blocks the door and tells the other guy to bash him.
What effect did this have?
None because Dienamic shot the guy.
All I can say is you guys are so overly sensitive you never would of survived on our mohaa servers when the big practical joke was to run up to someone,

To take care of a person in a door;
1. Get a satchel
2. Place the satchel next to the person, make sure its ticking
3. Now go spectate.
4. The person should blow up and not only die, but lost a kill!

Note: Im sure doing this is bannable, so you are ill advised to not do it

Ok wait a second Druid. Lets not turn this into a Dienamic bashing. The logs did not show the entire picture and yes this would have ended a ton different if it had been you, Silver or anyone else in that room. Anyone denying that is full of it. I know that and so does anyone else including yourself. And for the record, my problem was with his mouth and hindering my game play.

The logs did not show Corrin purposly "or so I thought" stepping into my way while I was trying to escape a death. He did this several times and I told him to lose the attitude. A couple of times I would run for the satchel just for him to beat me to it, grab it and toss it out the window just wasting it.

I did not share all this because it is circumstance. I felt my case was strong enough without it. So let me be clear on one thing and take this the way you want. I thought MOB in general should have backed me...not you unless you consider yourself MOB all by your self.

So keep your pleeeeeeeaasse to yourself as you are reponding to hear say...stick to the facts like you judged me by. I cannot believe after all this kid has caused you even buy into his bs.

In closing, I like everyone and will continue to play, I just will be plain old DieNamic. Unless of course "talking back" gets me a bann for my trouble.
