That leaves the others, namely hamma. If you want to get on our vent, or want us to come on yours so that we can talk about our opinions of each other, please do. That's a way to relieve any tension. That's all I want, everything on the table. Let me know if you are interested in this. Even if it's just me talking to all of you.

You probably read about my strategy for you all to under estimate us. In our private forums, nonetheless, in which I figured you didn't have access. You probably read: "I understand you all have problems with this team. Good, you deserve to, a lot of them are total ass-hats".

But look at who I am addressing! Silver and H8! I'm trying to get these guys to play, so what am I going to say: "these guys are sweethearts and we are going to have a blast". Ass-hats? I've called you worse on vent when you killed me.

I also said "We'll never beat this team full strength at their own game." It's true. "Once we swallow our pride, that gives us nothing to lose" that's the overall plan of the HHS. Do you really not think that's a bad strategy? Work off the underestimations?

There's some foul language in it, think Patton's address to the third army, so I won't post it here. If you want to see the thread, go for it, ask me. I personal am impressed with it, it's a damn good speech to say hey! SHAPE UP! SWALLOW YOUR PRIDE to the BSS team. "But seriously, play and lose. If your pride can't handle it, mine can, so I'll play."

Is this really that bad? Come on vent, or let me come on yours and we'll just try to have a civilized talk.

I'll reply even though I shouldn't have to.

1st off, as admin I always had access to every forum.
The one & only exception is the Regs Strategy forum which RealDeal blocked access to when he created it 2 years ago because at the time the Regs where on the same ladder as MOB.
Unlike Silver I didn't hijack then misuses someone else's account to go snooping for the sole purpose of finding something to complain about.
The post Hamma was referring to was for one reason only. To respond to Silver/DG complaint about how poorly Res treated BsS, then went on to claim there wasn't anything like that from the other side. Which was B.S.

Sorry but regardless of what people may think, I tried to stay as neutral as possible.
With that in mind

Well, I secretly ... or maybe not so secretly think all this is a hoot.

Sorry guys, I'm not too good at the whole rant stuff. I thought it would be fun to dish it back at the boys seeing as how they were dishing it out in our forums and in the TWL rants.

I had heard that the BsS trolls had learned that Druid had shown us a piece of that one thread. To his credit, we begged and begged to see more, but he wouldn't budge.

To be honest, I really don't like how the BsS folks have continued to spend more time in our forums than on their own and I don't like how the bad blood has continued to spill out into public forums like this one.

Lip, I'm sorry that I jumped on your case, but I felt we had to respond to the rant you posted in the TWL forum. That really did piss some of us off, but looking at the bigger picture, it was minor. In fact, all of this is minor. I worry that some take this waaaayyyy too seriously.

Choth, I don't know what to say. I guess I was very disappointed to read what you guys posted about us. I had been a big supporter of getting you both in as full MOB. I felt we had mutual respect for each other. Obviously, what we read indicated that you thought we were old ass-hats that were "rigid" in our game play. But again, all of this is minor and is the kind of mental gamesmanship that I've always encountered when playing competitive sports.

I think the problem here for all of us is that some of the recently departed took things wwwwaaaaayyyyy too seriously and amped up the hostility to a level that was completely uncalled for. We're still feeling the ripple effects of all that amplitude.
