All this yankee / red sox banter is futile. Everyone knows the Mets will win the World Series. I give the AL opposition maybe 1 win in the WS.

lol,ok OK japan player sorry ,lets say 46 million a year? i think? hey mule , although a OS fan i was always a Fred Lynn fan through out his career even when with the California Angel's have numerous collectors items including a mint condition Si magazine with Freddy on the cover in and OS uniform. in his final appearance as a bird , i was lucky enough to see him play at memorial stadium and he hit a grand slam to win the game, that was truly amazing to see no matter who your hero is!!

That would have been amazing. I would have loved to have seen Mickey Mantle, or Ted Williams or the Babe, or Reggie Jackson. Or even to see Roger Clemens pitch in person. I did get to see Barry Bonds (pre steriods) play in Miami against the Marlins. Plus I sat with him for lunch at a convention in San Francisco in 1998. He was a guest of a friend of mine. He was very down to earth and very nice. Tons of people were coming up for autographs. its going to be a long season,hehe. i cant wait until the first spring training game.the first year i moved here, ironically the OS moved their camp about 5 minutes from my home , so i get a lot of autographs and see most of the games.it is a lot of fun and i get to bring my son this year,so im pretty stoked.
