Heres a link to a blog Ive got where (this is five years old) a farmer found a StuG 40 Ausf.G found in Demjansk/Saratov . It was upside down in a bog, still had it's winter white wash. I followed a thread on it from the Axis forum, and apprently, the engine (after a little minimal cleaning) turned over. I dont know if I believe that or not, but the pictures are really cool.
