Lats night I hooked up another pc to my router and ran windows network wizard so I could share files. Now when ever I try to connect to any of your servers I get the"This server is for low ping players only" message. I've never had bad ping with your servers and according to the sever list in UO my ping is in the 50's. Anyone have any ideas as to whats wrong?

Check to see if the second pc is hogging bandwidth. I mean, you are now not only sharing files with that second pc, you are also sharing your cable-modem's internet connection, plus the two pcs talking to each other takes up some of your bandwidth too.
So, if that second pc were doing things like perhaps downloading or uploading a file, or transferring something to or from your pc, or monitoring data from one of those little home weather stations, that would slow you down for gaming. Or, if you have a printer connected to your pc that the second pc will be using, if that second pc starts to print, it's game-over for you until the printing is finish. Disconnect the second pc and see if all is well. If it is, then that second pc is "talking" on the network a bit too much. You may have to simply shut it down anytimg you want to play. -------------------- [img][/img]

Sometimes, after a I format and set up my network again I get this same problem - high ping and slow internet. I have found cycling the modem and the router puts everything back to normal again. Just shut down your pc's, turn off the modem and the router. Wait about 5 minutes or so then power on the modem, the router and then your pc's. You should see some improvement.
