What is SLI?

Does it affect my 7800?

Hey Jason, SLI is 2 nvidia pcie cards running together to increase performance. It will not effect your 7800. And the only console command that i have used is the fps counter which is stat fps 1............

im swimming like crazy and the screen is blurred when i move quick,anyone have some tips quick to help me get things faster? all in all i think its awesome! but needs cooler servers and i have to get used to the controls a bit . played the mp a bit and had a positive score so not to bad for first game but its anoying not to be able to move well at all,barely see the enemy and i couldnt even figure out the nades-lol.



im concerned with my computer , i meet all the criteria but my processor is a core 2 dou e6300 (186 mghz) its suposed to clock higher or along with 2+mghz processors though. do i have to upgrade or will more memory be ok.



i have a geforce 7600 512 mb card ,looking at the 8800 but not gonna happen till oct 1 st im afriad , how bad will this effect the game state.

I think it's just the game man. That's a pretty good processor but I run the 6750 and have the same issues. It looks great but plays rough. Only hope they can fix it to some degree to make it viable.

There is an option in the game settings to turn off the blurring effect while sprinting. Your processor should be fine, Regs{JesseJames} used the same processor at 2.93mhz without an issue. Your processor should do that speed with some simple bios adjustments. Google e6300 overclocking, you will find alot of info on it.

Hey MOD, Whats Bizarre about renaming the game unreal.exe? answer, nothing because the game is based on the unreal3 engine not the quake engine like it used to be.

I figured that much, but I still think it's bizarre that's all you have to do to fix it. It's like the programmers must have simply put in a line of code that basically states "do not run Aiborne.exe in SLI mode". I don't know, maybe this was their way of getting people to BETA test SLI mode for them. Make a "leak" where you tell people all they have to do is change the name of the game file, and people will run it that way, but also know it is unsupported, so EA doesn't have to worry about getting technical support calls about it! Cheeky bastards! LOL

I'll probably try the game in a couple months if you all are still playing and wanting to get a server going. But like I said, think I'll wait for the kinks to be worked out.

it will not let me into any of the servers,has anyone figured this problem out yet or having this problem. so far this is the worst $50 ive ever spent.

I've had this problem to some degree as well. I don't know what caused it but it eventually let me in one of them. I'm guessing a refund would be out of the question.... I don't know of any other product that can be sold lacking as it is without any recourse.

maps are no bigger then cod2

players are too small ,hard to aim at-unless shooting at me

my mouse swims and no matter what i do i cant fix it

maps too dark,unless i scroll over an enemy and see his name forget it

when i run ,screen is choppy -yes i turned it off!

when i move its still hard to focus on enemies and then hard to aim

spawn same place and have witnessed the old 2 guys stand by the pue in the church for entire round and smoke germans as they spawn.

One big thing. It's EA. Enough said. Well maybe not. If you are not familiar with EA you don't know that they have to tell you that they are EA and make you watch an intro before you ever get a menu to select from. So by the time you actually get to the game you are sick of EA already.
