They come from a program I use called Photo Impact Pro .I can make them any shape or size color.I can interchange them and also put backgrounds on them.
I have found out that ever program has its pros and cons so using them together sometimes gives you much better results. I also use Paint Pro 8 .I have not found the time to use Photo Shop and maybe one day I will.I do have the program but right now the only thing it does that i really like are those Tech Borders but I am working on a few of them with the programs I am using already -------------------- |

I will acquire a copy of Photo Impact Pro. The main programs I use are Corel Draw 11, Corel Photo-Paint 11, and Adobe Photoshop 7. I got them from work, so they were free.
