The link is HERE but keep in mind that the only mod that has been approved for our server is the blood mod.

QUOTE(Slimshady @ 05/04/05 8:23am) The *.pk3's are already in your Missionary/files/sights directory. I need RD to expalin if we can actually use them with the current version of Missionary. What would really be cool is some way to look at each *.pk3 without having to load the game each time (Hello Druid). ML PS: After seeing RD's post above, perhaps I downloaded them previously. Anyway, they end up in the above directory. RD, how about a way to view them easily? This post has been edited by Mona Lisa: 05/04/05 10:19am |

First, you won't be able to use them on our server because only the blood mod has been approved (by us) to be used on the server.
As for how to view the other ones, that's easy.... DDDRRRUUUIIIIIDDDDDDDDDD! -------------------- |

You can use winzip to extract the crosshair.tga file to a temporary directory.
Then view the crosshair with any graphics program that supports .tga files If you don't have a graphics program which supports the TGA format, there is a nice freeware one called IrfanView. You can download it here http://decentdownloads.x-istence.com/software/iview397.exe -------------------- Not a word was spoken to contradict or disagree with S@bot when he called me a....

Sorry I wasn't more clear MonaLisa,
After you extract the file sites.zip you will have 54 .pk3 file. You can use winzip to extract the actual sites from each .pk3, then use your graphics program to view the sites. A .pk3 file is exactly the same as a .zip file, just the extension is changed. BTW anyone needing a program to view TGA files, there is a copy of IrFranView with missionary. It's located at C:\Missionary\files\I_view32.exe I've got no problem allowing people to use the approved sites that comes with missionary. We just need to get in touch with Bart and have him make the change in the next update of Missionary. -------------------- Not a word was spoken to contradict or disagree with S@bot when he called me a....

I can use WinZip to convert the pk3 to a zip, but I don't see how to end up with a viewable *.tga. ML |

I am not sure if Winzip can do it. I use a program called WinRar which is 10 times better than winzip.
Check your PM. -------------------- |

Change the extension from .pk3 to .zip. When you're done, just zip it back up and rename it to .pk3.
