sup people, i play on cassino 24\7 , and i have problem , my computer restart during the game, and my friend that play with me that night say's that
i was kick by via punkbuster??

What to do, ??

Has this happened more than once? Sometimes PB kicks but only for a minimum time because of lost packets. I don't really know what that means, but when people get kicked for that and come back everything is usually fine.

its happens every each time i play, usualy after 10 min of gaming, but from last day its even worse, comp shut down
so i cant play . Without playing COD windows is stable, i mean works propertly!!!!!!!!!!!

im on a mac so this might not hold true to pc...
went to the punkbuster site and clicked the update thingy.
took the file and put it in the punkbuster folder.

now pc will be much more complex by far, go buy a mac.

As for why your computer is restarting, I haven't a clue but I doubt COD is doing it but you say it only happens when you play COD. Maybe a bad Video card or faulty RAM... ?

I checked the logs and you are being kicked for (2) reasons, one is:
Losing Key Packets - Generally I see a lot of users get this when they have already quit the server. Don't worry about this error, it's not a big deal and is probably only happening because of the second error, which is:

General PB Client Authentication Failure
When you get this error, generally the recommended solution is to reinstall PunkBuster however, with the computer restarts your getting, I would recommend a clean install of COD.

To see what version of PB you are running, while in COD hit the ~ key to open the console. Then type:
PB_SV_VER

This will display the version of PB on your computer. The current version for clients is v1.172 A1356.
If you have an older version, you can try to manually update the PB version by typing the following into console:
PB_SV_UPDATE

Sometimes you need to enter that a few times before it will work.

If that doesn't work, you can manually update PB. They've release a program called PBWEB.EXE that will manually update PB.

Click HERE to download the program. Make sure you place this file in your PB folder (The default is C:\Program Files\Call of Duty\pb)
and double-click on the PBWEB.EXE file to execute it. It may take a little while before it begins to update.

In console, type PB_SV_ENABLE You can also turn on PB through the game options.

ok, so i make my via punkbuster ENEBLA with PB-SV-ENABLE, afther that i check the wersion and its ok A1356,
but for sure i try to upload newest wersion with PBWEB.EXE , i copy that instalation file to PB in COD file.
After that i start play, and this same shee... happend, i dont know what to do now.

after i leave the game with ALT+ CTR+ DELETE LOL
i recive the information about some error , it was in this file :
C:\DOCUME~1JOHNWO~1.VES\LOCALS~1\TEMP\ WER16.tmp.dir00\appcmpat.txt,
maybe that will help you, thanks for help ,
