Ghost, a minority are "flaming". You'd be suprised. You probably know several homosexuals and don't even know it. And Atima, Dallas has the second highest per capita homosexual population in the US, so they are already "here in Texas".
One of my first friends I made in Dallas happens to be a conservative investment banker who voted for Bush, oh yeah, and he's gay. So please keep the gay bashing to a minimum.

I just read the article and have to laugh at the last little bit. Being a catholic I found it funny that "The Roman Catholic Church, the predominant Christian denomination in Canada, has vigorously opposed the legislation, saying that it would harm children in particular". As if molesting boys and covering it up doesn't?

Being a Canadian Roman Catholic my take on it is if ya wanna be a gay male couple all the power to ya (but I don't need to see it), If you are a couple of gay (hot porno type) females then you can do your business on my front sidewalk (then move into my house) for all I care

But if you are one of those manly lookin female couples ya normally see that shatter your fantasies well..Then I don't need to see that either. HeHe

When I first moved to Dallas I worked in a restaurant where all the waiters and bartenders were gay except me, which is why I hung out with the cooks and learned spanish pretty quickly, lol. But only a couple of the waiters were the type that prances and put on make up and what not. The rest were pretty generic Texas guys who actually hated the queens. They didn't understand why a man who was attracted to men would want to look and act like a girl. The majority actually found that idea strange. Which is why I say that we all know more gay men than we realize, cuz the majority don't act that way.
And I'm not trying to change anyones oppinions, I just like to see things toned down a bit. Everyone is allowed their oppinions and beliefs.
