Can we please add the sprint mod to our COD2 server I have seen a couple of mods out there for this now and it is great!!!.
Can we also add the option to choose a second weapon from the other team instead of having a pistol? This way you couls grab a rifle/scope and a machine gun. Last but not least the grenade cooking mod!!! Thanks, --------------------  |

The sprint mod would be a good addition IMO.

Dont care much for sprints....especially on a TDM server
Nade cooking would be sweet though.. As for alternate weapons, I think the last thing any server needs is some noob running around with a scope and a shotty  |

Yes guys we are all yous to sprint but when we have maches there will be no sprint what are we going to do then thats way i think we should leave the same as it is.

Yea, i think the sprinting is gay because you have to press F, not alt... so then u pick up guns that are on the ground on accident, then u have to go back to retrieve it then i get shot at... Just leave as is...

I'm not picky one way or the other I'll do what ever the majority wants.
Here are my thoughts. Sprint. I When I started playing COD2, it drove me nuts not being able to sprint. I kept hitting the key bound for it in UO. Now that I've gotten use to it, I don't really care becasue I don't see much need for it with the smaller COD2 maps. Seeing as how I don't play in matches, it's not a concern for me but I know it will be a big issue for people who want to play in matches, if they get use to sprinting on our server but can't in matches. Alternate Weapons I see the better players completely running the server with a mod like this, causing a bigger rift between the good players and the average players. Also a detriment for those who plan on playing in matches later on. Nade cooking This I like, but would rather see if people more people want to use it or not. One big problem right now is admins have to bypass around the missing funtion to make files server side only. This is causing a growing problem with servers trying to run pure right now as they wait on an anticheat. If we add a mod right now, then it turns out it has to be removed for whatever reason, there is a small chance it will block people from joinging the server until they also delete the mod. -------------------- Not a word was spoken to contradict or disagree with S@bot when he called me a....

no mods to the COD2 server, other than no shotguns and smoke grenades; eventually though, the AWE mods might be worth a look; lets keep it Vanilla for a while longer.....i like vanilla.....can add chocolate and strawberry sauce later (maybe with some pineapple sauce and some nuts...hell, throw in the banana and we got a nice split goin....)

Hehehe, yea man! The cooking nades are cool i guess. But on servers like ours, i've seen people throw nade and it seems like they are cooking them cuz just as they throw it, hit hits the ground near me and explodes and i dont have time to run away...

I like the idea of causing damage to a player when you have shot them so it would prevent them from still running full blast and bash you.Maybe a little shock or something.Say u hit them to cause 20% damage they drop weapon or something? I guess in this you fully recover health really fast.Slow down the rate of recovery.Just some thoughts.
