getting kicked for silly reasons... Options

I guess for some people I have to paint a picture.
The issue isn't so much about clan team stacking as it is about unfair teams in general.
The sole reason clans stacking is addressed is because it's the only one identifiable.
Non-clan players stacking teams can't readily be solved or addressed by anything but on a one-by-one personal basis.
Clan stacking on the other hand, is readily apparent for the simple reason of clan tags.
So it's addressed in our server rules.
BTW, in case it comes up.
I randomly download log files to run a script which tracks players and smurfing.
If it becomes apparent any clan smurfs to bypass the rule regarding clan stacking, it results in a ban.
The ban isn't only for the players involved but the clan in general.
In 2+ years this has only happened twice.

There are several reasons this rule is in place, an attempt to keep the teams even is only one of them.
Some of the other reasons, apply more to our COD:UO server which are objective in nature but still apply here.
For example, let say 3-4 members of team {whatever} are playing on the stock BAS server.
The fact they are most likely on TS or Vent gives them a large advantage over other players who are just on the server to play and have fun. If the fact they are using VOIP allowing them to play more as a team then the other other side. We have the right to request they split teams.

Another reason we request clans to split teams is because we don't appreciate clans using OUR PUBLIC server as a practice server. The very 1st time .51 was asked to split teams the reply was.
"We like to play together to practice, doesn't MOB do the same thing"
Yes we probably do to a certain extent, There is one big difference, WE pay for the server.
If you think this is so unfair, your choice is simple. Play elsewhere.

Another small controversy has arisen over this in the last several days.
A couple of people have felt the need to remark on how Clan {XYZ} isn't required to split teams.
It's obvious the ad nauseam remark was a bash because some players thought it was unfairly being enforced on them. I'm sorry if those guys don't understand the difference between players such as yourselves and people from clan {XYZ} who may have 3-4 people on the same team.
If 2 of the 4 guys from {XYZ} have negative scores, them being on the same team probably isn't going to result in unfair teams to the point it disrupts the server.

Last week at the end of a map the scores were 98/427
If someone can't understand why we try to address that, I would prefer they didn't play here as they obviously have no since of sportsmanship much less fair play.

No, I have no idea who kicked me. I was hoping you may have an answer. I listed some people that may be doing it. I just dont like how I get it kicked for no reason. This has happend more then once. And i was the only 51 member in the server also.

I was playing on the Cudakid's computer. Cudadad was on CODUO(barb). I did not kick you, nor did I notice that you were kicked. Just for the record I was on vent and no one said anything about kicking you.

Something I forget to add in my last post.
We welcome anyone to post asking why they were kicked or banned.
It evident there are problems resulting in players being unfairly removed from the server.

I'm working on this issue right now.
Anyone who feels there is a problem are more than welcome to bring it to my attention one of 3 ways

2) Contact me on Xfire ( mobdruid )

Its funny cause the last time I played in the mob server, there were 4 51 members in the server. I was the only one that got kicked that time.

i really dont think ive intentionally insulted anyone that didnt attack me first. i actually dont think i've really insulted anyone at all. the only thing ive really complained about is getting kicked without warning. and druid said anyone is welcome to come and voice their concerns and questions about being kicked/banned. i dont post this at our forums because no one there has an answer to my questions. and i dont think i sound childish by asking questions. i dont recall calling anyone names or degrading anyone by insulting their abilities.

I dont get why everybody is whining to begin with... You guys are kicking us and bitching because we're better at the game and we play on your server?

#1. You should be happy you guys have one of the best clans on your server.
#2. We'll make you a LOT better players by playing with us.
#3. We bring a lot of good players into your server from other clans.

I just dont see why you guys are upset that we're in your server... it's always full, and the people that do leave...well, they probably weren't good anyways so they'll just be replaced with better ones. And with us being in your server, more people are coming to it to play with us. I know Atrox. and other teams follow us through xfire all the time. I dont get why you want your server to be a noob-only server, when you could make it a mix between good and bad players, or just good players. You guys could be like |TS| was in UO.

Yes! i dont have an issue with 51, but i dont like you specifically because of your display of attitude.... personally I love to play competitively and would like nothing more to learn why you play here... still the question is unanswered what display of attitude? show me please where i've degraded any MOB members in anyway. we play on your server because the pings are good, the shot registry is good, its TDM and its a good size, the map rotation is good, theres no shotties, theres no smoke, i like to play on the same server(s) where we wont be banned for "cheating" instead of always looking for a new one where we will possibly run into problems, and spawn killing is perfectly fine. ive talked to druid and bargod and they're both cool guys. so i come back.
