I can certainly respect that. How about moving all this "history" down to the Mohaa read only archive area, soz this upper area of the forums could remain for active, current information. That way, you can leaf through the history books when you like and no one will post jokes or any other current stuff in your memories.
The opera forum, while very nice and everything, is not used for it's original, intended purpose any longer. That is my point. I don't want to see your memories taken away, or the founding fathers threads on how to get vent to work on a Mac or how some clan was/is full of pussies, etc. get tossed aside as if they are worthless. I think we should preserve these archived treasures for all to see in an area of the forums that would accomodate them and our needs. I don't wanna lose them. Obviously peeps are looking to post some things in other areas of our forums so they get the attention they feel their topics deserve. What I'm suggesting is to possibly arrange our information to mirror a library, all the current information is right up front and all the "for reference only" and history is in the back. What is wrong with still using this forum for what it originally was for? If I go to some clans server and get banned for some reason like hacking, you can bet your ass this is where it is going to go. The reason why this forum is no longer used for its original is because Spartan's dumb ass started posting shit in here. Flatliner was actually the first, but it was moved probably by Druid months ago when it was posted. This forum needs to stay, and keep its original purpose.

well i can understand your desire to keep this thread for drama only, and i don't see any reason jokes can't be posted somewhere else. hopefully there won't be much drama and this thread will get little use, however it will be here if needed. I don't see the need to curse someone for a simple mistake however, i'm sure spartans posting of jokes was to entertain, not aggrevate! anyway, i guess it will be up to the admins to free the drama room of the upbeat humour.

Absolutely nothing at all. But, it wasn't being used, except to house some "history", so a few peeps started posting other threads here to use the space....sorry for the confusion and I am glad we have it all worked out now. Again, I apologize for being the straw that broke the virtual camels back, as it were. Now, with that said I think we should move all the humorous, current, posts out of this sacred place. I have summoned a Shaman Priest to come in and heal the damage done, to ward off the evil spirits of current events and to forever sanctify this place as Holy Ground. I also called in a Catholic Priest, a Rabbi, a Muslim Cleric, a Buddhist, and two Hare Krishna followers, one to oversee the exorcism and the other to hand out flowers and ask for donations, just in case the Shaman might have missed something. I didn't invite any Mormons as we all know how badly that has gone in the past. (no intent to offend here) With that, I hope you can forgive my trespasses here and I shall not return to darken the doorstep of this hallowed thread we call the Opera.
