Im really confused as to why the press would be protecting this man,really confused. i knew this girl and ironicly ,a car load of good friends of mine were at a red light when all a sudden they see a car at high speed run a red light and plow a car infront of them.a man ,who they say was wasted ,jumps out of his car and runs all the way over to their car on the opposite side of the crash and says "are you guys all right?" my friend in the passanger seat says "you didnt hit us MF ,you hit her" he ran back to his vehicle and tore away from the seen.they called 911 and then noticed the girl ,who was ejected from the car,was a friend who was at a holiday party just minutes earlier.this accident happend a block away from the police station and 5 minutes from broward general and although there was a quick response to this accident she didnt make it to the hospital. luckily police were able to get this guy pulled over not far from the accident and when the officer got the call that the woman was dead ,he ordered an on the scene blood test (by law) which then took 5 police officers to get Mr.leyritz into the ambulance.

first off,if this was me and i left the scene and resisted the blood test ,id most likely recieve a beating to remember and be lucky to make it to the jail house.Imagine this was a black 19 year old male,im sure you would read about this in the papre ,right?its amazing ,i dont want to hear about his world series win.most people know leyritz as a has been who goes out every night and gets hammerd in our bar scene.hes going to beat this charge,because he was a mlb player,pathetic!
