I know this is a broad question with a bunch of answers but a few weeks ago I started getting the connection interrupted message. My ping is usually around 48-50. I only play MOB sites, had my computer rebuilt, checked the broadband connection, and reinstalled the game. I still have the problem. I tried different servers and it's the same, so it's not your server. I did the lagometer and couldn't tell, I got spikes in both screens. Free beers to anyone anytime they're in Boston to whoever gets me going in the right direction. Thanks in advance. Matt (Blap)

No, hardwired, sorry I didn't mention that. One computer, one connection, and like I said, no probs until about 2-3 weeks ago, I figured rebuild. Did that, had Comcast out....same problem. Thanks for the reply...let me know, Matt

Good advice P! Also, I just built a new machine and have been fighting this very thing. I was using on board network and kept getting failed connections. So, I installed my trusty Linksys pci ethernet card and VOILA! No more internet problems. Might consider your network card suspect. - Good Luck with that. (BTW, mine turned out to be driver related to the on board problem.)

Lol flat, I remember that shed episode. He could make mountains like it was nothing.

Thanks for the reply...let me know, Matt I think it is a PB problem. We started having complaints about it at our server about 3 weeks ago when the PB update came out that gave everyone the same GUID and everyone was getting kicked on {MOB} servers. It hasn't gone away since and I have changed some settings to try to 'lighten' the PB load so to speak. -------------------- ![]() |
