Medieval 2 Total War and Stronghold Legends Options

after about 7 years in the making, they're finally coming out with Medieval 2 Total War. idk if u guys like this sort of stuff but i find it amusing sitting at my desk making battles 10,000 vs10,000 men any way you want with thousands of different types of troops. as for Stronghold Legends, its sort of the same thing but a little different

i was addicted to both of the total wars (medievel) (chinese?) both very cool but never played multi player.multi player would rock if you were against a good foe.like chess a little but better!

idk i think if they spent 7 years on this game it must be sick. i mean they completely bombed the second stronghold it absolutely sucked because they just had way too many aspects of the game (to the point where you had to get rid of rats in ur castle) so i dont have much hope for the new stronghold but the new total war looks good

well the thing i didnt like was playing against the comp because the comp doesnt make mistakes,ever.the opposing team always had better armour weapons and moral. i might be getting these games nixed up but i believe medievel total war was first then shogun? total war? (chinese version) then they had rome i think but didnt play that one.

it didnt cost you money to goto war and thats a huuge thing to ponder before attacking someone.thats how moral falls (lack of food weopens etc...) the only thing you would lose is what you had in that province.

in medievel 1 soon as you get the viking berzerkers it over for your oponent,lol!

I still play rome total war, I bought the add on pack barbarian invasion but I really dont likt it to much. If you play rome total war you should DL rome realism makes the game a lot better.

I play stronghold 2 on the off chance that im not doing anything with family/friends or not playing CoD or guild wars. I'm looking forward to seeing how stronghold:legends comes out, i saw a picture of it and it looks pretty good from what i saw.

So any bets on what will be better; stronghold legends or rise of legends?

I could never get the original medieval game to work on my computer, but i found comfort in UO.

Now that i read back, i dont think at least half i wrote actually relates to the topic...oh well!

i own guild wars and had played it for awhile but stopped. its still installed on my comp and i can still play it at any time i just havent in the past while. maybe ill start up again meow if ur playin it.

i think rise of legends and stronghold legends will be about equal but personally, the stronghold series were more for me than rise of nations.

lol harry, just choose your "profession" well =P. But hey, would you rather me say i also played WoW for a while?

Now that i think about it, i really only play games that my friends have or plan to get. Take CoD, im the only one of my friends that still plays it on a regular basis. With WoW, account stolen and i said screw it. Now its on to Guild Wars, i need to occupy my summer with something if cassino 24/7 isnt running or no good pavlov map is going.

Ive also learned that cassino ctf is alot of fun, especially camping the flag with a tank, pew pew pew!

Well...now ive seemed to have lost my train of thought, at least i have a computer to use while im on vacation.

Now on to my edit! Yea scruff, i definately found the stronghold series to be better for me than the rise of nations series, but with stronghold 2, which computer players are the best in your opinion? I like playing little skirmishes more than playing a campaign.

I sure hope my mistakes are to a minimal, i sure hate making them and seeming foolish and an idiot when it comes to mastering the english language.

i cant wait 4 the med eval 2 loved all the med eval games even the rome ones were cool good game 4 killin time and if your into the old ways of war youll like it even more
