Hello All,
Just popped back here to say hello again and tell the powers that be I would like to join the regs. I have been playing awhile and enjoy this clan allot. You all are a good bunch of Joe's (and Jane's)(that was for you A6Pak). I live in the San Fernando Valley (home of the Northridge EarthQuake) Ca. Anyone in my area?? Love to have coffee with someone in the clan... For anyone that is interested and having problems (and I had a bunch) I set up a 2nd PC on my local lan to run along side this PC, but had problems logging to the same server at the same time. It wouldn't allow the 2nd one to log on... after much to do and listening to everyone's advice (which was useless, but appreciated)... I discovered on my own that it was this cheap stinking wireless router from airlink plus... put my old linksys in and it came right up... took care of the lag problems too... just goes to show you, hard work pays off... I am subborn that way... spent many hours working on the problem... I am certified in computers for over 30 years now... if anyone has any questions about setting one up let me know and I will be glad to lend some technical support... and I am not in India... :>) -------------------- |
