I think the only way to do this is in flash, though I will look for a javascript answer.

I can do this easily in LiveMotion (like Flash except crappier.) If you send me the sound file (make it a short loop, under 500k) I can add it for you.

Dude!
I love it! I am laughing so hard.... you didnt have to put TM behind it, and the beeping is a bit obnoxious, but it is a great start.... I wish I could do it on my own and still don't know how to set it up to be my sig....but yepiiieee I am totally keeping it.
