Check it out
Local_Commands +set cl_playintro 0 Removes movie intro when you start game. Add to end of shortcut target line. fps 1 Turns frames per second on fps 0 Turns frames per second off com_maxfps xx Caps your frames per second (xx is the maximum fps you set) cg_lagometer 1 Turns the lagometer on The top line is related to your graphics card updating displayed frames in time with received gameworld updates from the server. It will be blue if frames are being rendered in time with the world updates. If it has a lot of yellow then gameworld updates are not being displayed and are being dropped. The bottom line is similar to the Quake2 netgraph in that green means packets are being received okay, yellow that capping is causing your client to reject packets and red that the packet was lost. In the case of yellow increase your rate or try lowering your snaps. If you have a lot of red then change ISP or server. cg_lagometer 0 Turns the lagometer off rate xx Changes rate to help lag (xx is rate number) Note: default settings for cable and dsl are too high. Try starting at 10000. Online Admin Commands cmdlist Shows all commands status Shows current players ID, IP, and ping serverinfo Shows current settings for server say Global speak through console clientkick x Kick player (x is player ID) maplist Shows maplist (useful to get exact map name) map x Change map (x is map) dumpuser x Shows all settings a player has (x is player name) This post has been edited by Sigma-Chi: 04/25/03 5:02pm -------------------- ![]() |

Another command is when each map starts you can type cinematic and it will take the background noise out of the game.

yes, but only works if you first....
rconAddress [the ip] rconPassword [password] then to check to see if you did it right, type: rcon status Of course u need to know the rcon password that's set on the server. And the server must be dedicated. -------------------- ![]() |
