It seems that the Modern Weapon Server has been experiencing some serious lag. Many people playing on it have been saying they are having massive lag. I know I am to, so I am not the only one. Can anyone chime in? Is the server sick? It is flu season. This has been happening the week of 01-22-07.
This is what you usually see people type about it; "  lag! F this server!" I however am being nice about it and just want to bring it to someone's attention (maybe OLD MAN MIKE or SGT STEEL) Rainier Wolfcastle aka McBain -------------------- MY EYES, THE GOGLES DO NOTHING!!

Voting seems to be disabled as well, and on top of it we can't get into console.....seems something went wrong.

I have been playing on mod weap server, a lot lately and never lags, but it's true that many people complain about it

I'll check it out today and see if I can find anything. I'll be restarting it today after I pull the log to run the player stats, so we'll see if that helps too.
There have been no map changes there for a couple of months at least, so since the lag is a new thing, it's probably not the server. Players who have lag should try Pingplotter, to make sure their path is clear to the server. Anyhoo, I'll let you know if I do or don't find anything wrong. -------------------- [img][/img]
