Well all it is that time of year again, when the boys of summer return to start preparing for the 2007 season.
I personally am very excited Spring training has begun. I look forward to my favorite team Boston Red Sox to have a great year in 2007. I think for the most part we (BSR) have almost all of the key elements in place. Just a couple of loose ends to tie up before the season opener. Like getting Drew on the roster for good, making sure on again off again Manny is on again, coming up with a solid closer and last but not least... hoping we are lucky enough to sign the Rocket! go orioles ! god ,if your listening, please do not hurt any more of my pitchers re instate the curse on boston , make it to cold in toronto and make the yankee fans go away for a long long time .

I'd love for the Orioles to do something that was redeeming and actually get somewhere. However, it seems their owner has just stopped spending the needed money on them to make them good. So with that said, I'll go to my fallback team, the Yankees! I'll be happy if the Orioles make it into the playoffs, content when the Yankees do make it, and sad when the new Nationals stadium is delayed.

OMG!
Already the delusional St.Louians (lol), are thinking 'REPEAT"... read my LIPS.... Ain't Gonna Happen! The Cubs? Isn't that one of the Padres' AA farm teams?  Baltimore Who? OMG.... so early for so many poor unfortunate souls to think their local team may have a snowballs chance in hell.....read my LIPS... AGAIN.... Ain't Gonna Happen... Yankees... spankies.... they lose again this year!... I will now let all of you poor unfortunate souls in for a tip... bet on this team to win it all..... Boston Red Sox... Boston Red Sox... I'll be happy if the Orioles make it into the playoffs, content when the Yankees do make it, and sad when the new Nationals stadium is delayed. then you haven't read the papers in the off season pancakes-the thing the orioles have been missing for ten years is middle relief and closing pitching.i watch about %70 of the games as i have the baseball package at home and work and we lost just bout all our games in the 7th inning,infact there wasn't many games where we were losing up until the 7th-this is why the Yankees have been so successful in the early 2000s (rivera).the orioles had lee mazzone last year for the first year (long time braves pitching gurru) and they went out and signed 18 middle relief and closers in te off season along with a left fielder,the orioles also have 2 of the hottest pitchers in the league Hayden penn and Adam loewen,so i think they have a chance!!
